How does the registration and onboarding work for a business account?

Sign up with your email and register your business details. Our multi-supplier registration form is the first of its kind — collapsing what would normally take days into minutes. Once you upload compliance documents, we handle activation across our network of FCA regulated partners. Most completed applications are activated the same day. A dedicated relationship manager is assigned from day one.

What bank account details do I need to make an international transfer?

The details required depend on the destination: most countries require IBAN or account number & BIC/SWIFT with some requiring additional information e.g. sort code or routing numbers. Your relationship manager can guide you for any other corridor.

What compliance documents does my business need to provide?

As part of a regulated onboarding process, we require verification of your business and its directors. This typically includes business registration documents, information about the nature of your payments and details of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (proof of ID and proof of address). All documents are stored securely per our privacy policy. Most businesses are verified same day.

Am I able to cancel or get a refund on a booked transfer?

Yes, however it is important to note that a trade booked on the platform becomes a live position, locked in by the partner; The process of cancelling a trade involves selling the currency back the other way, which can come at a cost if the market has moved since the point of booking.

What does FCA Authorised Payment Institution mean?

An FCA Authorised Payment Institution is a company regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide payment services.
